General
This is the introduction to the Terms of Use (referred to as the "Agreement") between you ("you" or "user") and ProdigyAI Solutions ("we", "us" or "our") for the mobile application called "Strada". The Agreement includes all related documents and is legally binding. The title of the App may differ in other regions and is subject to change without notice. It's important to read and understand this Agreement before downloading, installing, or using the App. By doing so, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted the Agreement. Your use of the App indicates your agreement to comply with this Agreement. If you do not agree with this Agreement or any of its provisions, you are not authorized to use the App. You must delete the App from any device under your control.
Possible Changes to this Agreement
We may modify this Agreement at any time. We'll inform you of changes by updating this document. By continuing to use the App after any changes, you accept the revised Agreement. It's your responsibility to review it periodically.
Restrictions
To use the App, you must be at least 18 years old, or have parental consent and supervision if you're between 13 and 17. Anyone under 13 is not allowed to use the App.

Strada is an AI-powered app that lets users upload images of their car and receive generated images of their car in a variety of creative or scenic contexts. It is intended for entertainment and personalization purposes only.

Privacy
Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you agree to how we process and store data, including personal data. If you disagree with our privacy practices, do not use the App.
Application Compatibility
Strada requires a compatible mobile device and internet access. We support Android 8.0 or higher. We can't guarantee compatibility with all devices or uninterrupted access.
We may update the App to improve features or services and reserve the right to modify or suspend access at any time.
Ensure any data you provide is accurate and kept current. You may discontinue using the App at any time by uninstalling it or managing your account settings.
Application Costs
The App is free to download. Some features require a paid subscription ("Premium options") which includes a set number of AI image generations per week. Additional generations can be purchased via in-app purchases.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription. You are responsible for managing your subscription and any applicable mobile data charges.
Disclaimer and Liability
The App and its services are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties about performance, accuracy, or suitability for any purpose. We are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the App.
We are not responsible for third-party services accessed through the App or for your misuse of the generated content.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your access to the App at any time for any reason. Upon termination, your license to use the App will be revoked, and you must stop using it immediately.
You are solely responsible for your use of the App and content generated through it. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any liabilities or claims arising from your use.
